Yes, we leave citrus on the tree to sweeten and ripen until the last possible moment. They come to you tree-ripened and ready to enjoy. They will not change in color or ripen any further after purchase. Any green coloring on the peel is natural (our citrus is not artificially dyed) and does not affect the flavor inside.
