Our pistachios are this year’s crop, and come directly to us from our partner farm, Heart of the Desert in Alamagordo, NM. They grow on trees that are tended by hand by experienced farmers. They are lightly salted and roasted using a salt brine - they only use ½ the salt of store bought pistachios and are just right! Pistachios you find in the store can be years old and over salted.
