Honey doesn’t have an expiration date. It should be stored at room temperature (countertop, cupboard). All raw honey will eventually crystallize over time or if it gets too cold but this will not affect the taste or quality of the product. Gently warm crystalized honey on low heat (do not microwave) to return it to its original smooth texture.
