Not every blueberry is sweet, each variety will have a mix of sweet and tart berries. Each variety of blueberries will taste a little different, some will have a higher percentage of sweeter berries. It is normal to have a mix of both in your box. Taste can also depend on growing conditions and different areas they may have been harvested from in the farm.
