Peaches come in many different varieties. In a given season, we may carry around 10-15 different varieties. It all depends on what the farm is harvesting around the time you purchased. Different varieties can have different characteristics such as size, color, and shape.
Some peach varieties are very red, almost like a plum. While others may be very yellow, with little blush. But no matter what they look like on the outside, they're delicious on the inside!
